Enddothelin Antagonists

Texas Biotechnology Corporation (Houston, TX) has commenced a small study of their Endothelin - A selective inhibitor in pulmonary hypertension patients. Another company, Actelion (Switzerland) may be starting a similar study of their Endothelin A/B inhibitor in pulmonary hypertension patients. Other pharmaceutical companies may be commencing large studies of Endothelin inhibitors for congestive heart disease.
